Notes:

1.There will be no mid-semester break or examination period. Faculty may schedule such assessments in keeping with what they deem best for the courses and the students.

2. The instructional period of the semester contains 13 weeks, plus a reading and a week for final examinations. Faculty attending the AAR/SBL meeting are to arrange appropriate coverage for their classes during their absence.

3. Grades are due in the Office of the Registrar no later than January 4th .
