Congratulations Dr. Mary A. Love!
Greetings to the Hood Family
My thanks for the opportunity to share my gifts within the Hood Community. As a result of a Stamp Display in the Aymer Center last year and Black History presentations in February, I have been invited to share a presentation on "African Americans Suffragists and the Vote" during the first Virtual Stamp Show. This show is sponsored by the American Philatelic Society (APS), the American Topical Association and the American First Day Cover Society. APS is the largest Stamp society in the world with members from over 100 countries. Because of the pandemic, attendance to the show is free. My presentation is scheduled for August 20th and 5:30 p.m.
If you desire to be a part of this event you must register by August 16th. You will receive an email to set up a password, etc. and then you will need to go to the site to register for specific presentations. I am sharing the stage with Dr. Faison who is the President of ESPER - the Black Stamp Club of which I am a member.

Thank you.
