The Rev Dr. Robert Black is an ordained Episcopal priest and has served congregations in Washington, DC, Greensboro, NC, and is currently the Rector of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Salisbury. Dr. Black's doctoral thesis focused on the intersection of preaching and catechesis. He has become known in the community for leading St. Luke's efforts around becoming beloved community. He is also active in mentoring and leadership roles within the Diocese of North Carolina. He is married to Tyler and they have two daughters. His hobbies include reading and kettlebell training.
